WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

HUMANLAB: EVOLUTION
Quantum Gallery, Berlin – Concept, Design & Technical Production
HumanLab: Evolution is an ongoing immersive exhibition that makes art, science, and consciousness tangible.
The concept explores human evolution—from Stardust to Superhuman—and combines new media art, AI, sound, and architecture into a journey through neural systems, cosmic structures, and emotional states.
At the heart of the project is the “Alpha Wave Experience”—an installation by Dan Ghe-nacia that translates brainwaves into light, sound, and color.
Other spaces explore consciousness, AI, spirituality, and the future of humanity, presented with interactive light sculptures, holographic screens, neural visuals, and 360° sound design.
HumanLab is simultaneously an exhibition, a research lab, and a brand platform—a place where brands, artists, and visitors collectively enter new realms of consciousness.

LULULEMON X HUMANLAB X ALEKS KOP YOGA
AchtBerlin – Corporate Event + Brand Experience + New Media Art
The exclusive Lululemon x HumanLab event in Berlin fused yoga, art, and technology into a multisensory experience.
At its heart was an immersive audio-visual yoga session with Aleks Kop Yoga—accompanied by AI-generated visuals, 3D sound, fragrance compositions, and light modulations that responded to breath frequencies.
The venue—a minimalist industrial hall—was transformed into a flowing spatial landscape; matte steel surfaces, soft ambient lighting, and translucent projection surfaces created an atmosphere somewhere between meditation and a modern art installation.
The goal was to dissolve the boundaries between physical and digital experience—a ritual of connection in which body, sound, and light interacted in perfect synchronicity.

NIKE MARATHON KOPENHAGEN / BERLIN
Sparta Halls / Messe Berlin – Brand Activation – Project Management
Two marathon events in two countries, back-to-back: the Nike Marathon Copenhagen and Berlin presented an international logistical challenge. Custom-made materials, scaffolding with structural calculations, and special exhibition stand elements had to be combined in such a way as to maintain the authentic street-urban look of the brand activation.
The modular scaffolding structures, clad in red translucent mesh fabrics and equipped with LED lighting, were a hybrid solution of technical precision and raw aesthetics. Retail displays, workshop areas, and shoe presentation areas were integrated into the scaffolding structure. The look: industrial, yet sophisticated; street, yet thoughtfully designed; Nike core, yet event-grade.
The critical component was the international logistics: materials needed first in Copenhagen had to be produced twice. Other elements—such as larger scaffolding structures and LED panels—were transported directly from Copenhagen to Berlin overnight and seamlessly reassembled the following morning. This meant: precise timing, timed equipment for rapid identification, and crew coordination across two countries.

NIKE X BSTN
Utopia Munich – Brand Activation – Project Management
The Nike x BSTN Brand Activation in Munich orchestrated multiple activations in a compact space: A stage for live acts, various customization workshops, brand activation zones, and retail displays had to be arranged to create an optimal guest flow – without individual areas blocking each other or causing acoustic interference.
The visual and spatial highlight: A BSTN-branded monster truck, which served simultaneously as an eye-catcher and a functional room divider. The truck divided the hall into two distinct zones – a performance area on one side, and workshops and customization on the other. Its sheer size and street-urban aesthetic set the tone for the entire activation: raw, authentic, Nike core.
The technical challenge lay in coordinating parallel activities. While live music played on stage, workshop areas had to be acoustically shielded to allow for conversation. LED walls were integrated into corrugated metal structures – a mix of trade fair construction and street-style neon signage in orange, green and red visually defined the individual zones, while PA zoning ensured that sound bleed was minimized.

JORDAN FAM FESTIVAL “UNBANNABLE”
Stilwerk – Corporate Event – Project Management
The Jordan All Star Weekend Fam Fest was a full-scale event production at the Bay Area Navy Yard. It encompassed three entire industrial halls, a complete outdoor area including a custom-built skatepark, basketball courts, a sneaker gallery, live performance stages, and talent management. As Senior Producer, I was responsible for the overall organization of the event infrastructure – from security concepts and visitor engagement to obtaining permits from the city, fire department, emergency services, police, and traffic management.
Two weeks before the event, while the main production was underway, a request came in: a drone show over the Bay Bridge. The logistical complexity was immense. This involved various no-fly zones for the All Star Weekend, weather-related backup plans, and the need to keep multiple take-off and landing zones on hold simultaneously. Coordination with landowners in San Francisco and Oakland, city authorities in both cities, and the Coast Guard for airspace over the bay was also required.
In parallel with the main production, I received a request for a drone show over the Bay Bridge. 1,200 drones formed the iconic Jumpman logo above the illuminated Bay Bridge – a visual statement visible across the entire Bay Area. The technical execution required precise GPS mapping, redundant control systems, and real-time communication with air traffic control. Up until the day of the event, three potential launch sites remained under consideration, dependent on wind, weather, and last-minute FAA clearance.

SNOWFLAKE WORLD TOUR & SAP CONNECT
Station Berlin – Corporate Event – Project Management
Two major tech conferences at the same venue, with only a one-day break in between: Snowflake World Tour and SAP Connect. 24 presented a logistical double challenge. The same internal production team, two external clients, parallel communication channels, and the need to coordinate construction schedules so that external service providers could work within our specifications.
Station Berlin was utilized in its entirety: main stages in the large halls with multi-screen LED setups, several side program areas for breakout sessions, and an exhibition area for partner companies. For SAP, a vertical neon-blue LED tube sculpture was installed as a visual statement piece. For Snowflake, a more organic wooden structure with hanging vegetation served as a networking lounge – completely different aesthetics, same crew.
The construction schedule had to be precisely timed. Snowflake dismantling on Monday, conversion on Tuesday, SAP setup on Wednesday. Rigging points were prepared for both events, but equipped differently. The audio PA system remained partially the same. The video and lighting setup was completely replaced. Catering flows, security zoning, and badge systems had to be coordinated separately, while the technical infrastructure was shared.

MERCEDES BENZ E-COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Atelier Gardens – Corporate Event – Project Management
The Mercedes-Benz Electric Commercial Vehicles event transformed Atelier Gardens – a former film dubbing studio – into an innovative conference environment with parallel panel discussions. The central challenge: enabling several hundred participants to attend different sessions simultaneously without acoustic interference.
The solution lay in multiple room-within-a-room installations within a large hall. Each session was given its own visually defined zone by neon LED light sculptures in different color spectra (cyan, pink, orange). Participants used silent conferencing headphone systems with multiple audio channels, allowing them to switch between sessions simply by changing the channel on their headphones and moving to a different zone.
Technically, this meant separate microphone setups and audio mixers for each panel, a wireless headphone infrastructure for over 500 participants with battery management, and visual guidance systems that functioned without signage – the color of the light indicated the audio channel. In addition, vehicle display areas and networking lounges were integrated.

ZALANDO PARTNER DAY
Wilhelmshallen – Corporate Brand Activation – Project Management
Three zones in the Wilhelmshallen Berlin: A central keynote stage with a large-format, Apple-style LED wall formed the main focal point. Around it were grouped a lounge with modular scaffolding structures, into which screens and lighting technology were integrated, and a dinner area with a kinetic art installation as a technical statement piece. The raw brick walls were accentuated with orange uplighting, creating a striking contrast to the technical precision of the structures.
The conceptual principle: Scaffolding becomes spatial architecture. Instead of separate truss systems and tech rigging, scaffolding structures were used as load-bearing elements, into which LED screens, moving heads, and cable management were directly integrated. The technology merges with the structure – visually clean, structurally efficient.
With a budget of €70,000, every technical decision had to function in multiple ways: as a structure, as a design element, and as a support for the technology. This hybrid solution made it possible to fully equip all three areas without compromising on visual impact.

HYUNDAI KONA ELECTRO
Stilwerk – Corporate Event – Project Management
The European reveal of the Hyundai Kona Electro transformed a listed parking garage into a minimalist, multi-story presentation space. The conceptual principle: total visual reduction. White on white, technology invisibly integrated, the architecture as the silent protagonist.
Vehicle pedestals made of white MDF formed sculptural platforms on different levels. Translucent curtains defined spaces within the space and simultaneously served as projection surfaces for atmospheric lighting. The existing concrete structures of the parking garage remained visible—a deliberate contrast to the clean-white presentation of the reveal zones.
Technically, the listed building regulations imposed the strictest requirements: no drilling, no structural interventions, no visible fixings. Every lighting system, every truss, every cable run had to be implemented using freestanding structures or the existing geometry of the parking garage. The solution lay in custom-made tensioning devices and heavy-duty ballast systems.

DELOITTE WORLD MEETING
Ritz Carlton Berlin – Corporate Event – Project Management
The Deloitte World Meeting at the Ritz Carlton Berlin was a high-tech and logistical production requiring Secret Service clearance. The main stage had to be integrated into an extremely cramped ballroom—with no space for conventional backstage rigging. The solution: a vertical, two-story control room built behind the stage.
Lighting console, video playback, audio mixing console, and camera control were positioned on the upper level, while master control, backup systems, and patch panels were installed on level 1. This vertical separation allowed multiple teams to work simultaneously in a minimal footprint. Intercom systems and redundant cabling connected both levels.
The presence of Barack Obama as the keynote speaker necessitated Secret Service clearance for the entire production. Every crew member underwent background checks. All technical installations—truss rigging, stage structures, cable runs—were inspected and approved by the Secret Service. Construction schedules had to be coordinated with security sweeps, and equipment cases were thoroughly examined.

ZALANDO X HIGHSNOBIETY
Stilwerk – Brand Activation – Project Management
Zalando's acquisition of Highsnobiety was staged as an immersive brand activation during the annual Partner Day. Curated art and interaction spaces spread across three floors of the Stilwerk convention center formed the foundation. At its heart was a 360-degree stage on the top floor that completely transformed its identity throughout the day.
During the day, the stage functioned as an accessible, personal living room by Charli XCX—an intimate installation featuring original furniture, personal objects, and atmospheric lighting. Visitors could walk through the space and experience the artist's private aesthetic. At nightfall, the installation transformed into an open performance stage. All four sides became usable, translucent curtains opened, LED tiles activated, and the PA system kicked into high gear.
The artistic curation encompassed the entire venue: botanical greenhouse installations, interactive light sculptures, video projection surfaces, and a sneaker display gallery were developed in collaboration with artists. Each zone had its own technical identity but a common visual language – neon accents, industrial materiality, and translucent layers.
