You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Our service providers are based and use servers in Israel. For Israel, the European Commission has determined an appropriate level of data protection. In addition, our service providers use servers in the USA, South Korea and Taiwan as well as in other countries outside the EU and the EEA for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission. Our cooperation with you is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.
 

2. Data processing for contract processing and contacting

2.1 Data processing for contract execution

For the purpose of contract processing in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process the contract and we cannot send the order without providing it. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

Further information on the processing of your data, in particular on the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this data protection declaration. After the contract has been completed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we will inform you in this declaration.
 

Data transfer for age verification

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable process that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. For this purpose, the SCHUFA identity check is used on our website. This service is operated by SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter: SCHUFA).
In order to ensure the required minimum age, individual personal data (e.g. name, address and date of birth) are transmitted to SCHUFA Holding AG. A so-called identity check is then carried out with Q-Bit, which was positively evaluated by the Commission for Youth Media Protection (KJM) for age verification. According to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f GDPR, the data transmission to SCHUFA serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in ensuring an offer that complies with youth protection law and compliance with the statutory provisions on the protection of minors. A credit check does not take place in this respect.
 

2.2 Customer Account

If you have given your consent to this in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account and storing your data for further future orders our website. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described in this data protection declaration or using a function in the customer account provided for this purpose. After your customer account has been deleted, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit which we inform you in this statement.
 

2.3 Contacting Us

As part of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit ) voluntarily. Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process your contact. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. After your request has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit about which we inform you in this statement.
 

3. Data processing for the purpose of shipping processing

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered.
 

4. Data processing for payment processing

When processing payments in our online shop, we work together with these partners: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.
 

4.1 Data processing for transaction processing

Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers who work for us as part of order processing, or to the commissioned credit institutions or to the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary to process the payment. 7.1 Use of Google services for web analysis and advertising purposes

We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission.  If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it will be shortened before it is stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymization. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened there. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement concluded between jointly responsible persons for the respective technology in accordance with Art. 26 DSGVO. Google reCaptcha

For the purpose of protection against misuse of our web forms and against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google collects reCAPTCHA data (IP address, time of visit, browser information and information on your use of our website) and uses a so-called JavaScript and cookies analyze your use of our website. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. A reading or saving of personal data from the input fields of the respective form does not take place.
 

Google Fonts

For the uniform presentation of the content on our website, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) is collected by the script code "Google Fonts", transmitted to Google and then processed by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.
 

7.2 Use of Facebook services for web analysis and advertising purposes

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook pixel as part of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd. , 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) presented below. With the Facebook pixel, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) are automatically collected and stored, from which using User profiles are created from pseudonyms. As part of the so-called extended data comparison, information is also collected and stored hashed for comparison purposes, with which individuals can be identified (e.g. names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers).

 

For this purpose, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook pixel when you visit our website, which automatically enables your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use, in particular personalized and group-based advertising.

Facebook Analytics

As part of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activity on our website are created from the data collected with the Facebook pixel about your use of our website. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Facebook. Your analysis serves to optimally display and market our website.
 

Facebook Ads

We use Facebook Ads to promote this website on Facebook and other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the precise implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Joint responsibility is limited to the collection of the data and its transmission to Facebook Ireland. The subsequent data processing by Facebook Ireland is not covered by this.

Based on the statistics on visitor activity on our website created via Facebook Pixel, we operate group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group. As part of the extended data comparison (see above) that takes place to determine the respective target group, Facebook acts as our processor.

Based on the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook pixel and the data collected about your usage behavior on our website, we operate personalized advertising via Facebook pixel remarketing.

We use Facebook Pixel Conversions to measure your subsequent usage behavior for web analysis and event tracking if you came to our website via an advertisement from Facebook Ads. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Facebook.

9.1 Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified there;

  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is required

    • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;

    • to comply with a legal obligation;

    • for reasons of public interest or

    • is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

  • according to Art. 18 DSGVO the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as

    • the accuracy of the data is disputed by you;

    • the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure;

    • we no longer need the data, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or

    • you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible;

  • according to Art. 77 DSGVO the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.

Right to object

Insofar as we process personal data as explained above in order to protect our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing is for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If the processing is for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons that arise from your particular situation.
