The European reveal of the Hyundai Kona Electro transformed a listed parking garage into a minimalist, multi-story presentation space. The conceptual principle: total visual reduction. White on white, technology invisibly integrated, the architecture as the silent protagonist.

Vehicle pedestals made of white MDF formed sculptural platforms on different levels. Translucent curtains defined spaces within the space and simultaneously served as projection surfaces for atmospheric lighting. The existing concrete structures of the parking garage remained visible—a deliberate contrast to the clean-white presentation of the reveal zones.

Technically, the listed building regulations imposed the strictest requirements: no drilling, no structural interventions, no visible fixings. Every lighting system, every truss, every cable run had to be implemented using freestanding structures or the existing geometry of the parking garage. The solution lay in custom-made tensioning devices and heavy-duty ballast systems.

DESIGN & EXPERIENCE

Invisible technology integration under historic preservation regulations. All event technology – LED walls, lighting systems, speakers, truss systems – was installed without altering the building's structure. The result: A seamless white aesthetic where the technology completely disappears behind the presentation.
